What is an Aluvision frame?
An Aluvision frame is a modular aluminium extrusion system for exhibition stands. The profiles slot together without tools to form walls, corners, tunnels and cubes, and LED tiles or fabric panels attach directly to the frame. Because the same profiles are reused show after show, exhibitors get a built-in look without the cost and waste of a bespoke build for every event.
Are Dynamo LED tiles compatible with Aluvision frames?
Yes. Our 55mm LED tiles are made to Aluvision-compatible dimensions with the quick-lock fixings, positioning pins and magnetic alignment the frame system expects. They mount flush into a standard Aluvision frame alongside other Aluvision components, so a stand builder can mix LED, graphics and lightboxes in the same structure.
What pixel pitch are Aluvision-compatible LED tiles?
Our Aluvision-compatible 55mm tiles use a 2.06mm pixel pitch with a GOB (glue on board) resin finish. At that pitch the image holds together from about two metres, which suits exhibition stands where visitors stand close to the wall. The resin layer protects the LEDs from knocks during build, show days and de-rig.
Can Aluvision LED tiles be used as an LED floor?
Yes. The 55mm floor tile is a load-bearing version of the wall tile with the same Aluvision-compatible dimensions, so a stand can run LED from the floor up the wall as one continuous surface. Floor tiles are specified with the frame and support structure for the expected footfall, and content is mapped across floor and wall as a single canvas.
Can I hire Aluvision-compatible LED tiles for an exhibition stand?
Yes. Most exhibition work is hired for the show rather than purchased, and our LED screen hire service covers the tiles, frame integration, content set-up and on-site technicians for build and de-rig.
