What is an LED plinth with glass enclosure?
An LED plinth is a square column with an LED screen on every side, a 4-sided LED display, so there is no back to it: whichever way a shopper approaches, they see moving content. The Dynamo LED Plinth with Glass Enclosure adds a clear glass enclosure on top of the plinth. The product in the enclosure is the point of the display; the four LED faces beneath it show the campaign, the colourway, the price or the story behind it. The plinth is 320 × 320 mm in plan, each LED face is 320 mm wide and 960 mm high, and the four faces together give 1,280 × 960 mm of LED. It stands on its own base and is moved on optional wheels, so it goes where the footfall is rather than where the wall is.

How the Dynamo LED Plinth with Glass Enclosure is built
Four indoor fine-pitch LED panels are set into a square plinth with the LED at the surface, meeting at the corners so the picture carries round. The glass enclosure sits on top: a transparent case, so the product inside is seen from every side. The plinth is modular, which keeps installation and maintenance simple, and it is delivered plug and play: wheel it into position, connect the mains and it starts.
Brightness is adjustable between 800 and 1,200 cd/m², enough to hold its own under mall lighting without glaring in a boutique; viewing angle is 160° horizontally and vertically, so the picture holds as the shopper walks round; refresh is 3,840 Hz or higher. Mains supply is 100 to 240 V AC, 50/60 Hz.

Which pixel pitch: the five options compared
The plinth comes at 1.25 mm, 1.53 mm, 1.86 mm, 2 mm and 2.5 mm. The pitch sets the resolution and how close a shopper can stand before the pixels show; it does not change the plinth size. For a unit people walk right up to in a store or on a stand, the finer pitches are the usual choice; for a mall concourse or a stage edge the coarser pitches do the job at a lower cost. The glass enclosure: a real product, screens all round
A screen on its own competes with every other screen in the mall. A product on its own is a mannequin or a shelf. Put the two together and the shopper gets the thing itself, visible from every side, with the film, the colourways and the offer wrapped round it. The four-sided 320 × 960 mm plinth is the standard unit. For a plinth people walk right up to in a store or on a stand, 1.25 to 1.86 mm is the usual choice; 2 and 2.5 mm suit a mall concourse or a stage edge where viewers are further away. Can the plinth be moved around the store?
Yes, with the optional wheels. The plinth is then rolled to wherever the promotion is this week, or fixed in place without them. Say at enquiry whether it will move between locations and we will specify the base accordingly.
What goes in the glass enclosure?
A real product: footwear, a fragrance, a watch, a handset, a bottle, a collectible. The enclosure is clear glass on top of the LED plinth so the item is visible from every side. Enclosure size and any lighting inside it are confirmed with the quotation.
Can I have a round or cylindrical version, or a different size?
Yes. Cylindrical and round designs, custom sizes, different panel options and your own logo or graphics on the plinth are all available to order. Custom shapes are quoted individually, with the lead time confirmed on the quotation.
Is it suitable for a shop window or outdoors?
