Bespoke LED Displays for Luxury Residential Developments in London

Dynamo designs, supplies and installs large-format LED video walls for luxury residential marketing suites, sales centres and architectural interiors across London and the UK. We work with property developers, architects and interior designers who need floor-to-ceiling LED displays that sell a vision — before a single brick is laid.

Our latest project, an L-shaped LED wall spanning over 9 metres for the Westminster Tower marketing suite in Mayfair, is a clear example of what a bespoke LED display can do for off-plan residential sales.

The Westminster Tower Project — LED Marketing Suite, Mayfair

Dynamo designed and installed a bespoke LED display for the Westminster Tower off-plan sales suite on Bruton Street, Mayfair. The display allows prospective buyers to experience the views from their future apartments at 3 Albert Embankment, London SE1 — months before completion.

The project was commissioned by Aldar Properties, London Square and SODIC for one of London’s most prominent new residential developments. AV Interactive covered the installation, noting how the LED wall sells the view from luxury flats before the building is complete.

Specification Detail
Display type DEX Series LED, 2.06mm pixel pitch
Configuration L-shaped: 9.424m wide × 4.424m + 2.480m high

Joinery Bespoke dark-stained timber window surrounds
Installation time 3 days (2 LED + 1 joinery)
Location Bruton Street, Mayfair, London

In plain terms: buyers walk into a Mayfair showroom and see the exact view they’ll have from their apartment — floor to ceiling, wall to wall — controlled from an iPad. The sales team selects day, night or golden-hour scenes to match the mood of each viewing.

Why LED for Off-Plan Sales Suites?

Off-plan property sells a promise. Buyers cannot visit the finished apartment, stand at the window or judge the view for themselves. A bespoke LED display solves that problem by recreating the view at full scale, in the marketing suite, months or years before handover.

For high-net-worth buyers considering properties at £1m+, the difference between a printed render and a 9-metre immersive LED wall is significant. LED displays create an emotional response that brochures and scale models cannot match.

Sell the view before it exists —

panoramic photography or CGI rendered at full resolution across a floor-to-ceiling LED wall

Multiple scenes, one wall —

switch between day, dusk, night and seasonal views via iPad, tailored to each buyer’s visit

Architectural integration —

displays sit within bespoke joinery, furniture or interior finishes so the technology disappears and the view takes over

Reusable asset —

content updates as the development progresses; the same hardware can be repurposed for future phases or projects

In plain terms: If you’re asking buyers to commit millions based on a marketing suite visit, the suite needs to deliver the experience of the finished home. LED is the most effective way to do that.

Luxury Residential LED Systems

Technical Specification: What to Expect

The pixel pitch, display size and control system for a luxury residential LED installation depend on room dimensions, viewing distance and intended use. Here’s what we typically recommend and why.

â—‰

Pixel Pitch

For viewing distances of 1.5–4 metres, we recommend fine-pitch LED between 1.2mm and 2.5mm. Westminster Tower used 2.06mm for a sharp, seamless image.

â–£

Display Configurations

Modular panels allow flat walls, corner-wrap, L-shape, curved or ceiling-mounted layouts. Westminster Tower used an immersive L-shaped panoramic display.

⌘

Control Systems

We use NovaStar MX40 or equivalent processors with CMS controls via iPad or touchscreen. Staff can select scenes instantly without technical knowledge.

â–¤

Joinery Integration

We coordinate bespoke timber surrounds, framing and interior finishes so the LED display feels like part of the architecture—not added technology.

In plain terms: Smaller pixel pitch means sharper close-up visuals. For luxury marketing suites, 1.5mm–2.5mm is the ideal balance between realism, cost and performance.

Other Luxury and Architectural LED Projects

The Westminster Tower installation is our most recent luxury residential project, but Dynamo has a track record of bespoke LED work for high-specification commercial and architectural clients.

  • 40 Leadenhall Street — A large-scale LED installation for one of the City of London’s landmark commercial buildings, demonstrating our capability with complex architectural integrations and premium client expectations.
  • VML (formerly Y&R) Custom LED Snowflake — A bespoke-shaped LED display built to a completely custom design, showing that LED installations are not limited to rectangular walls. We can manufacture displays in non-standard shapes for architectural and artistic applications.

We also provide LED screen hire for temporary marketing suite installations, show flat events and launch nights where a permanent installation isn’t required.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much does a bespoke LED display for a luxury residential marketing suite cost?

Every project is different. Cost depends on the display size, pixel pitch, control system, joinery requirements and content production. We provide detailed quotations after a site survey and brief. Get in touch to discuss your project and we’ll provide a specification and quote.

What pixel pitch is best for a luxury residential sales suite LED wall?

For marketing suites where viewers stand 1.5–4 metres from the display, we recommend pixel pitches between 1.2mm and 2.5mm. The Westminster Tower project used 2.06mm, which provides excellent image quality at typical sales suite viewing distances without over-specifying.

How long does installation take for a bespoke LED marketing suite?

The Westminster Tower LED installation was completed in 3 days — 2 days for LED panels and processors, plus 1 day for bespoke joinery. Larger or more complex installations may take longer, but we schedule around your fit-out programme to minimise disruption.

Can LED displays be integrated into bespoke joinery and architectural interiors?

Yes. Architectural integration is a core part of what we do. At Westminster Tower, the LED wall sits within bespoke dark-stained timber window surrounds designed to frame the display like a real window. We work with your joinery contractor or supply our own designs and installation.

What size LED wall do I need for an off-plan sales suite?

The display should be large enough to fill the viewer’s field of vision and create an immersive effect. For the Westminster Tower suite, the L-shaped display measured 9.424m × 4.424m + 2.480m high. We recommend a site survey to determine the optimal size for your space and viewing distances.

Which developers and architects has Dynamo worked with?

We have worked with Aldar Properties, London Square and SODIC on the Westminster Tower project, alongside clients at 40 Leadenhall Street and major agencies such as VML. We work with developers, architects, interior designers and fit-out contractors across London and the UK.
