Custom LED Displays & Bespoke LED Screens

What We Build: Custom LED Display Types

Standard rectangular panels are only the starting point. We manufacture curved LED walls, flexible LED displays that wrap around columns and architectural features, transparent LED screens for glass facades, spherical and cylindrical designs, and ultra-large format video walls spanning entire building elevations.

Indoor and outdoor environments demand fundamentally different specifications. We match pixel pitch to viewing distance, select the correct IP rating for weather exposure, and calculate brightness requirements for ambient light conditions. The result is a display that performs precisely where it’s installed — not a compromise between environments.

We work across the current technology spectrum: direct-view LED (DV-LED) for most commercial applications, MiniLED for tighter pixel pitches and improved contrast, and MicroLED for premium installations requiring the highest resolution and colour accuracy.

Pixel Pitch: Choosing the Right Specification

Pixel pitch determines image clarity at a given viewing distance. Specifying too fine a pitch wastes budget; too coarse and the image breaks down. Use this table as a starting reference:

Minimum Viewing DistanceRecommended Pixel PitchTypical Application
0.5m – 1mP1.2 – P1.8Boardrooms, reception desks, close-view retail
1m – 3mP2.0 – P2.5Exhibition stands, indoor lobbies, retail
3m – 6mP2.5 – P3.9Retail video walls, event backdrops
6m – 15mP4 – P6Large-format indoor, atrium displays
15m+P6 – P10+Outdoor, stadiums, building facades

We’ll confirm the right specification for your project during consultancy — viewing distance is only one factor alongside content type, ambient brightness, and budget.

How We Work: From Brief to Installation

Phase 1 — Consultancy: We start with a detailed technical conversation about your space, viewing distances, content requirements, structural constraints, and budget. No generic proposals.

Phase 2 — Design & Engineering: Our in-house team produces technical drawings, 3D renders, and full specifications. For architectural installations, we work directly with your architects and structural engineers.

Phase 3 — Manufacturing: Every custom display is assembled and fully tested before it leaves the factory. Burn-in testing, colour calibration, content verification — you see it working before it ships.

Phase 4 — Installation: Our teams handle structural mounting, electrical integration, and on-site commissioning with your team present.

Phase 5 — Support: We provide maintenance contracts, remote diagnostics, and spare parts supply for the life of the display.

Other Examples

Every element of the shopfront is LED — panels replacing conventional glass and signage to create a fully dynamic retail facade in one of the UK’s busiest travel retail environments. Built for a luxury Swiss watch retailer.

Barclaycard — Interactive LED digital bookcases for a corporate innovation space. Each bookcase integrates LED display technology with physical installation design, combining the look of a traditional office feature with live digital content.

Investment & Pricing

Custom LED display projects typically range from £10,000 for smaller indoor installations to £500,000+ for large-scale architectural commissions. The primary cost drivers are screen size and shape, pixel pitch, brightness and IP rating, cabinet material, content management systems, and installation complexity.

We provide detailed, itemised quotations — not ballpark figures. Every line item is visible so you can make informed decisions about specification and budget.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I know which pixel pitch is right?
The starting point is minimum viewing distance. From there we factor in content type, ambient light, and budget. We confirm the right specification on your consultancy call.

What’s the typical lead time?
Standard configurations: 6–10 weeks. Complex architectural projects: 12–20 weeks.

Is there a minimum project size?
We work on projects from around £10,000 upwards.

Indoor vs outdoor — do I need a different product?
Yes. Outdoor requires 5,000–10,000 nits brightness, IP65/66 weatherproofing, and coarser pixel pitches. An indoor panel used outdoors will fail.

Do you handle content as well as hardware?
Yes — full content service from initial creative through to ongoing management. We also supply CMS systems so your team can manage updates in-house.
