DYF 4K LED Video Wall — choose 0.93mm or 1.25mm
Two turnkey DYF COB options that deliver true 4K. Pick ultra‑compact 3.6×2.025 m (0.93 mm) or statement‑size 4.8×2.7 m (1.25 mm). Both are front‑serviceable, fix direct to the wall, and ship with UK‑wide installation included.
High‑end visuals, simplified
DYF uses COB (flip chip) micro‑LEDs to achieve high contrast, soft anti‑glare viewing and extremely wide angles. With 3840 Hz–4320 Hz refresh and up to 2400 nits brightness (1.25 mm), content stays clean to the eye and camera.
Designed for permanent installs, each 600×337.5 mm cabinet is just 40 mm deep, front‑maintained and engineered to mount directly to the wall—cutting steelwork, saving depth, and speeding fit‑out.
- Flip‑chip COB → higher reliability and impact resistance in busy spaces.
- Low power per m² → 0.93 mm: 350 W/m²; 1.25 mm: 560 W/m² (typical max).
- 22‑bit+ fine grey & high contrast → film‑friendly, moiré‑resistant images.
- 170°/160° viewing → consistent colour off‑axis across large spaces.
Two ready‑made 4K formats
Option A — DYF 0.93 mm (3.6 m × 2.025 m)
4K is achieved with a 6 × 6 array of 600×337.5 mm cabinets. Each 0.93 mm cabinet is 640×360 px, so 6 across × 6 high equals 3840×2160 px (true 4K). Physical footprint: 3.6 m × 2.025 m.
Option B — DYF 1.25 mm (4.8 m × 2.7 m)
4K is achieved with an 8 × 8 array. Each 1.25 mm cabinet is 480×270 px, so 8 across × 8 high equals 3840×2160 px. Physical footprint: 4.8 m × 2.7 m.
For processing, we recommend a NovaStar controller capable of >8.3 Mpx, such as MCTRL 4K (8.8 Mpx) or NovaPro UHD Jr (10.4 Mpx). Both support 4K60 workflows and multiple inputs.
Made for premium environments
If you want cinematic clarity without the installation headache, DYF is the sweet spot. It fixes directly to solid walls, is fully front‑serviceable, and ships as a complete, commissioned system with UK‑wide installation. You pick the size—0.93 mm (3.6×2.025 m) or 1.25 mm (4.8×2.7 m)—and both deliver native 4K. The 0.93 option minimises footprint and power draw; the 1.25 option delivers higher peak brightness for larger rooms.
Under the hood, COB flip‑chip LEDs and precise die‑cast aluminium cabinets keep the surface flat, resilient and easy to service. A 3840–4320 Hz refresh with fine grey management keeps content clean on camera, while 170°/160° viewing angles ensure the whole audience sees the same colour.
Where it excels
- Executive briefing centres and boardrooms requiring compact true‑4K canvases (0.93 mm).
- Flagship lobbies, galleries and high‑traffic corporate spaces needing a larger, brighter 4K wall (1.25 mm).
- Retail and auction houses—e.g. DYF used at Sotheby’s Church Street, London—for premium brand storytelling (non‑4K).
Features that pay back
- Direct‑to‑wall install → reduces steelwork and depth (40 mm cabinet) for cleaner interiors.
- Two fixed 4K canvases → 3.6×2.025 m or 4.8×2.7 m, both 3840×2160 for straightforward content routing.
- Low power per m² → trim running costs: 350 W/m² (0.93) or 560 W/m² (1.25).
- Flip‑chip COB → robust, high‑contrast surface with softer, low‑glare viewing for close audiences.
- Pro‑grade refresh → 4320/4200 Hz keeps video free of camera artefacts and moiré.
- Front service → modules, PSU and receivers accessed from the room side for fast maintenance.
- NovaStar 4K control → MCTRL 4K / NovaPro UHD Jr recommended for >8.3 Mpx loads.
